Moser Baer India Ltd signed a strategic long-term sourcing deal with Imation Corp, a data storage media company, to provide optical media solutions. The companies also entered into a strategic joint venture in which 51 per cent of the equity will be held by Imation Corp. The venture, entailing a total investment of $10 million (Rs 480 million), will focus on customer servicing and technology transfer. Moser expects the pacts to generate $100 million revenues.
