If you were looking for a celebrity guest to launch a book about wildlife, who would you call?
Certainly not someone who has been accused of poaching protected wildlife and has a case pending in the Rajasthan High Court.
But Bina Kak chose Salman Khan, with whom she shares a close relationship, to launch her book on tigers, Silent Sentinels Of Ranthambore.
Salman could evidently see the irony in the situation. See the video below for more.
Salim Khan and Helen were there was well, and Khan Sr had a hilarious view of how life changes when you are no longer the superstar at home.
Take a look.
Also lending their support were politicians Priya Dutt and Baba Siddiqui, actors Dalip Tahil and Sangeeta Bijlani and singers Roop Kumar Rahtod and Shweta Pandit.
Some more glimpses from the event.
Are Katrina and Bina gossiping about me, Salman seems to be wondering.
Naah, they are not going to tell him.
Is Salman unhappy?
:) Just kidding, folks!
