Union Bank of India invites applications for 1636 jobs

India's leading listed public sector bank is hiring and here is how YOU can apply!

Union Bank of India is inviting applications from candidates who hold a valid score card issued by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) for the post of Sing Window Operator 'A'/Clerk.

The Bank has started inviting applications online to fill up 1636 vacancies across the entire country.

Those who are selected will be eligible for a Basic Pay in Time Scale of Rs 8000 – Rs 19,300 besides Conveyance Allowance, Gratuity, Pension, Leave Fare Concession, Medical Aid, Reimbursement of Hospitalisation as well as House Rent Allowance, Dearness Allowance among other perks.

The selected candidates will also be able to avail of all the facilities under the Staff Welfare Schemes.

To apply you have to be between 20 to 28 years of age with relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for Persons with Disabilities (PWD).

Candidates should have a graduate degree in any discipline from a University Grants Commission-recognised university.

Candidates in the open category will have to pay Rs 100 as application fees while those belonging to SC/ST/PWD categories will have to pay Rs 20.

Selected applicants will have to undergo 6 months of probation while the application process for this is entirely online and you can click here to apply before July 3, 2012.
