I have been attracted to the hills since my childhood.

There’s something special about being in the hills. The weather, the view, and most importantly, the locals who win your heart with their warmth.

Three hours away from Gangtok, the roads leading to Darjeeling offer breathtaking views of nature.

The Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological park is home to 13 year old Samrat, a Royal Bengal Tiger.

We were lucky to spot him as it had started pouring heavily and Samrat was on his way to his shelter. Unlike me, Samrat didn’t seem to enjoy the rains.
