This couple ate only fruits for three years and lost weight!

Bali-based couple Tina and Simon eat between 2,000 and 4,000 calories of fruit each day.
They drink fresh coconut water.
They say they haven't had to brush their teeth because the fruits they eat almost always leave zero residue.

Tina Stoklosa, 39 and Simon Beun, 26 have been on a fruit diet for more than three years now.

The couple who moved to Bali travel to quaint places in search of new fruits to eat are popularly also known as the fruitarian couple.

Tina, who is originally from Poland met Simon in Bali a few years ago. Their mutual love for the fruit diet is one of the many reasons they've been together.

Both Tina and Simon claim that eating fruits have helped them lose weight, given them more energy and reversed their ageing process.

On the Instagram page Fit Shortie Eats, Tina, who has 50,000 followers revealed how she was overweight in her late 20s and had tried almost everything to lose it and failed.

After a lot of research, Tina took a chance with the 'fruit-only diet' and eventually moved to Bali, Indonesia where she found her passion for food, travel and good life.

The fruit diet had worked for her. 

Simon, who is from Belgium discovered that he is a fruitarian and got in touch with Tina through social media.
