We invited you, dear readers, to share your love stories this Valentine's Day.
Here, Sumit Biswakarma Shah shares how he found his soulmate.
We met at a common friend's wedding in Nagpur in 2002.
We became friends and decided to meet up after the wedding.
Those were days when there were no phones and on the day we'd decided to meet up, I got an interview call for a job.
I worked in the hotel industry and times were rough; so I couldn't let go of the interview and so we never ended up meeting.
Over a period of time we lost tough and in 2009 I received an invitation for the wedding of the sister of the same friend at whose wedding we'd met.
I boarded the train and hoped against hope that she would be on it too.
All kinds of thoughts crossed my mind -- that she would have forgotten me, that she would have probably been married.
As the train chugged out of the station, I gave up hope of seeing her again.
I thought she hadn't made it.
In my naïve mind, I wished she would come running like Kajol did in DDLJ.
Of course none of that happened.
I settled in my seat. And there she was only a few rows ahead of me!
For the first few moments, I felt numb! I couldn't believe my eyes!
I wasted no time in expressing my feelings for her.
Later that year, we got married.
And now we have a son, who is seen here with us in this photograph.
