Post your photograph with a sanitary napkin to raise awareness.
These Rediff readers have already taken the #PadManChallenge!
In the run up to PadMan, which is releasing this Friday, celebrities are taking #PadMan challenge.
Actors including Aamir Khan, Deepika Padukone, Sonam Kapoor and Shabana Azmi posed with a sanitary napkin to raise awareness about sanitation and hygiene during menstruation.
The film is inspired from Arunachalam Muruganantham, a social entrepreneur from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, who invented low cost sanitary napkins for women.
You too can join in the #PadMan revolution.
All you have to do is send us a photograph of you posing with a sanitary napkin with a message.
Send us the photograph along with your NAME, AGE and LOCATION on getahead@rediff.co.in (subject line: #PadMan Challenge). We'll carry the best responses right here on Rediff.com.
