We'd asked you, dear readers to tell us what is the one life lesson you would want to share.
Anuradha Nautiyal shares an important lesson she learnt through the years. You can share yours too!
Be grateful for what you have.
In life, we achieve many things based on what we desire and the amount of hard work we put in.
Like everyone, I was also doing my best and was happy in life.
However, there was a time when I felt that I was stuck in my life for various reasons.
It is our aim to do our best in life in order to get more and achieve perfection.
That gives us immense happiness, but it also increases our stress levels. Especially, if we don't celebrate the small achievements and always regret the things we didn't get despite working hard.
Many a times, we tend to forget to value things and people, including ourselves, who are a part of the achievements of our life.
The day I realised that and started being grateful to each and every person, my life became more fulfilled and stress free.
That feeling of gratitude towards people brought happiness in my life and attracted more positive vibes.
This is a very simple, but effective practice that can solve many issues.
