We'd asked you, dear readers to share your love stories with us.
Chetan Saindane tells us how he met his life partner.
I went to meet Leena (my wife now) at her house on September 12, 2010.
I was not ready for marriage at that point.
So, I had decided to just meet and come back... and say a 'No' to my parents.
I reached her place with three of my friends.
I made sure that they too would say a no, when my family asked about the meeting.
But, the moment she stepped in, I could hear bells ringing in my ears.
After we came back, I said 'Yes' and asked my family to go ahead with the marriage proposal.
But, then there was a twist.
When my family called her parents, they were surprised to learn that Leena couldn't recollect the (right) boy among the four of us.
Co-incidentally, my friends and I were all wearing white shirts.
She got confused.
After our meeting, she left for Pune for her studies.
Meanwhile I requested my parents to fix another meeting. And this time, I wanted to go alone.
After two months, she came to Mumbai to her cousin's place and we met again.
We went to Cafe Coffee Day and had a long chat.
Of course, I was trying to impress her :)
She finally said 'Yes' and we got married on February 25, 2011.
