California-based Joleen Diaz is 43, but she is often confused to be her 19-year-old daughter Meilani Parks' sister.

In an online interview the Instagram sensation joked and said, 'I was pretty young when I had my daughter, so it is not entirely impossible that we could be sisters.'

Going by her Instagram pics, people have been mistaking the mother of two for someone in her early 20s.

An elementary school teacher, she has over 1,20,000 followers and has been winning the Internet with her youthful pics.

According to Joleen, she started caring for her skin really early. 'I rarely drink alcohol, get a lot of rest and eat a balanced, healthy diet.'

As for her amazing complexion, the secret is sunscreen and a derivative of Vitamin A.

'I've got a lot of questions about my eating habits, and although I'm pretty active, eating sensibly has been the most important piece to a healthy lifestyle,' she shared on Instagram.

'I try to eat as much whole foods as possible, drink lots of water, and stay away from red meat, eating mostly fish and eggs.

'I rarely eat dairy and limit processed foods, but I have a huge weakness for cake, and eat a small portion of dessert everyday.

Her typical breakfast includes steamed sweet potato, a boiled egg, walnuts, dried cranberries and unsweetened green tea. 'I has to include my favorite Costco cake,' she added.

'I eat dinner around 5 pm and head to the gym around 7 pm. I do not eat again until the next morning around 8 am. Most people eat after they workout, but this routine works best with my schedule.'

Fans find it impossible to believe that Joleen is a mother of two -- her daughter is 19 and her son turned 13 last month.

Not a gym lover, she ensures that she works out daily. 'I keep my workouts simple, so I'm motivated to do them.

'Typically, I do 30-45 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength, and 15 minutes of stretching (my favourite part).'
