After the widely popular bottle cap challenge, a new challenge has now taken over social media.

The Chair Challenge is the latest to interest audiences both on Twitter and TikTok.

What is the Chair Challenge?

As part of the challenge, participants have to stand facing a wall with a chair or stool within reach.

They have to measure themselves about two foot-lengths from the wall and lean forward at a 90 degree angle.

The challenge is to try and lift the chair up to your chest. And then stand up.

That's it.

Turns out, many women are able to finish the challenge, but men struggle to.
