Soha Ali Khan has learned some important lessons during the COVID lockdown.

With the pandemic claiming lives and taking a toll both on emotional and physical well being, Soha sought refuge in yoga and tried to eat healthy and stay fit.

"Don't take people for granted," she told Rediff.com's Rajesh Karkera on the sidelines of the FDCI x Lakme Fashion Week in Mumbai.

The stunning actor-mum walked for designer Megha Jain Madaan at the fashion week.

While talking about her personal style, Soha revealed her love for athleisure and comfort clothing.

"I don't have a cheat day," the 43 year-old actor-author says while adding how she eats a slice of healthy chocolate cake every day.
