Job profile (HR-recruitments: Females only)
~ The interns will be given an extensive exposure on major activities in staffing industry & different HR roles.
~ They will be handling Recruitments & will be given exposure in areas like headhunting, fishing, mapping.
~ Interns will also be handling Business development (bringing in clients for our KNR for staffing services).
~ KNR will provide full training & support and provide with live projects in various HR fields.
~ Any Intern who cracks a business deal will be rewarded in cash & certificate of excellence will also be given.
~ Pre-placement offer will be given to the performing students.
