One of the greatest drawbacks of working from home is the long working hours and a lack of exercise.

According to Namita Piparaiya, yoga expert and founder, Yoganama, "When we spend a lot of time sitting in front of the computer, our upper back and shoulders become stiff. We don't get enough rotation in the body."
