Trust The Rock to bowl you over with his cute, inspiring relationship goals.

To some of us, Dwayne Johnson is the TV guy who smashes the bad guys into pulp.

When he's not pumping muscles in the gym or attempting fatal stunts, The Rock is busy playing father to his three daughters.

And of course, wooing his wife Lauren Hashian with endless, honest compliments.

Here are just some of the instances he's proved to the world how despite your busy schedules, you can be a good dad and an inspiring spouse.

Very recently, the actor-wrestler posted this picture when he got down on his knee to feed his wife who had her hands full feeding their youngest born.
'So much respect to her and all mamas out there holding it down and running things,' Dwayne posted.

On their second daughter Jasmine's birthday, Dwayne shared a cute post about what he wished for the little girl.
'Timing was perfect as I've worked all year with no time off until now and bringing my ohana home to Florida was just the anchor I needed for the holidays.
'Just like your big sister Simone and your baby sis on the way... as your daddy, you have my word I'll always love, protect and guide you the rest of my life.'
In return he hoped Ohana 'just promise me I get one hour of "special alone time" with any boy you decide to bring home in the far FAR future.'

'2016: ...You took work, selflessness, and guts.
2017: ...You're already worth it :)' the wife's confession sums up why she's the luckiest woman in the world.

It's not for everyone to be good friends with an adulting teenager. But Dwayne seems to be doing a fine job already.
He acknowledged his eldest daughter Simone's hard work when she became Golden Globes Ambassador last year.
'Very proud of my first born @simonegjohnson carrying the torch for our industry's #GoldenGlobes as the first ever #GoldenGlobesAmbassador,'
'I'm also super impressed this 16yr old got up at 2am this morning to get ready — a full 2hrs before her maniac papa bear dad gets up to workout,' Dwayne wrote.

On Mother's Day, the 46-yr-old actor's long post acknowledging the independent woman who stood like a rock, raised his family and became his pillar of strength will instantly melt your heart.
'I'm in constant respect and grateful awe of all the things this incredible mama accomplishes on a daily basis,' Dwayne wrote on May 14.
'Having a two and half year old and a newborn attached and clinging to her 24/7.
'Managing the wonderfully fun, Terrible 2's with Jazzy.
'Managing multiple family properties.
'Managing an ever growing staff of family employees across the country.
'Picking up the ENTIRE FAMILY, STAFF AND DOG and moving to multiple locations AROUND THE WORLD, throughout the year because of my filming and production schedule.
'All while continuing to build an amazing career as a music and song writer/producer. As an artist and businessman myself, I recognize how incredibly hard this part is of her job is. She's a brilliant visionary storyteller and lyrically gifted -- all qualities that are hard to tap into when you're managing this nonstop life of ours. But she does it like a brilliant bad ass.
'And here's the best part and the thing I'm most proud of... Lauren does it all with a big genuine smile and is truly, the kindest and sweetest soul you'll ever meet.
'People tell me all time after they spend time with her, "Lauren's the nicest person I have ever met". I always say, "Yes she is and being nice runs in our family... and so does kicking ass, so don't ever get on her bad side" Lol.
'And finally -- of all the human beings on this earth she could have as her partner - she chose me. One big, brown, bald, tattooed, very lucky SOB.'
