Cocktail recipes: How to make a Hawaiian Flute

Ibakordor Pde, Assistant Restaurant Manager of Hilton Mumbai International Airport has curated two easy-to-make recipes just for you. 

Red Velvet

Ingredients:

• 60 ml rose infused vodka
• 30 ml Triple Sec
• Coconut foam, for garnish

Method: 

• This is a straight drink. Pour vodka in the glass. Add Triple Sec. 
• Top up the drink with coconut foam. Garnish with an orchid flower.

Hawaiian Flute

Ingredients:

• 45 ml vodka
• 45 ml pineapple juice
• 15 ml lime juice
• 10 ml litchi syrup
• 5 ml grenadine

Method:

• Pour all the ingredients in a shaker, and shake well. Pour in a glass. Top up with grenadine and garnish with a lime slice.
