All eyes were on Nieves Alvarez, who wowed in checked separates as she sashayed down the ramp at the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week.
Giving the younger models tough competition, the 47 year old proved that her modelling game is not over yet.
Dressed in a monochrome checked top, paired with a matching cardigan, trousers and a flat cap, the Madrid-based model flaunted her washboard abs as she strode the ramp for Maite by Lola Casademunt.
She accessorised the look with tan shoes, gold earrings and a round purse hung over her neck.
Sharing the pic on Instagram, Nieves notes: 'My first professional steps I took at the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, and here I'm back today with the same enthusiasm, the same nerves and with the intention of supporting our textile industry.'
Nieves started off her career in 1991, and in 1994 was discovered by the legendary designer Yves Saint Laurent with whom she worked until her retirement in 2002.
In 1998, YSL chose Nieves to be the face of their campaign for football World Cup.
Nieves later slid her fabulous bod in a leopard print gown adorned with floral hues.
The flowing silhouette featured long sleeves, a high neck and a leopard print fabric belt clinched at the waist.
She completed the look with poker straight hair, statement earrings and boots.
