You can serve these for your New Year's eve party and raise a toast to 2018.

Melon Ala Monde
Ingredients:
- ½ oz creame de cocoa or coffee liqueur (Kalhua)
- ½ oz vodka
- ¼ oz Midori (melon liqueur)
- ¼ oz Ameretto (almond liqueur)
- Splash of coconut milk
- Splash of cream (you can use Amul cream)
Best served blended or can also be served on ice (shaken and stirred).
Method:
- Fill blender with ice. Add all the spirits and liqueurs.
- Add a splash of coconut milk and cream. Blend and garnish with ice cream and a slice of melon.
Colorado Bulldog
Ingredients:
- 1½ oz vodka
- ¾ oz Kahlua
- 1-1½ oz cream
- Splash of coke
Method:
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Pour all alcohol in the order given above.
- Add a splash of coke and serve with a stirrer.
Kami Kazi
Ingredients:
• 1 oz vodka
• 1 oz triple sec
• 1 oz lime juice
• Lime to garnish
Can be served chilled or on ice.
Method:
• Pour all the alcohol and lime juice in a glass with 3 cubes of ice (you can add more ice as per your choice). Stir well.
• Garnish with lime and serve.
Pina Colada
Ingredients:
- 2 oz white rum or 2 oz coconut rum (1 oz = 30 ml)
- 6 oz pineapple juice
- 1½ oz coconut milk
- 1 oz heavy cream (you can use Amul cream)
- 1 tsp sugar (You can increase as per your taste or even use sugar-free.)
Best served blended or can also be served on ice.
Method:
- Put a lot of ice in the blender. Add heavy cream and coconut milk.
- Add sugar, pineapple juice and white rum. Make sure that the ice is more than the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend and pour in Poco Grande glass. Garnish with pineapple and cherry.
Tip: To pep up Pina Colada, add ½ oz Amaretto (almond liqueur). Minus the alchohol from the above Ingredients and you get a Pina Colada mocktail.
Black Russian
Ingredients:
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz Kahlua (coffee liqueur)
Method:
- Place 3 cubes of ice in an old fashioned glass or fill the entire glass with ice.
- Add vodka and Kahlua. Stir and serve.
Tip: To make White Russian, add heavy cream to Black Russian.
Mojito
Ingredients:
- 6 mint leaves
- 1 tbsp superfine sugar
- 1½ oz white rum
- 1½ oz club soda
- 4 lime wedges
Method:
- Place mint leaves, lime wedges and sugar in a glass. Muddle all together with a spoon, until everything is crushed and all the juices are released.
- Add rum and crush again. Add soda. Add ice. Garnish with mint leaves and lime. Soda can be increased as per your taste
Cosmopolitan Martini
Ingredients:
- 1½ oz vodka
- ¾ oz triple sec (orange liqueur)
- Splash of lime juice
- Splash of cranberry juice
- Lime and cherry to garnish
Method:
- Fill the shaker with ice. Add all the ingredients and shake.
- Chill and pour in martini glass. Garnish with lime and cherry.
Screwdriver
Ingredients:
• 1½ oz vodka
• 6 - 8 oz Orange juice
Method:
• Mix vodka and orange juice and serve on ice.
Tequila Sunrise
Ingredients:
• 1½ oz tequila
• Orange juice
• Grenadine (pomegranate syrup)
Method:
• Mix tequila and orange juice and top with grenadine. Garnish with a slice of orange and cherry.
