Miranda Kerr, who is expecting her first child with husband Orlando Bloom, has attributed her wholesome country-girl-next-door charm to clean and healthy living.
The Australian supermodel also credited the secret of her glowing skin to an organic plant-based diet and Tahitian noni juice, reports the Daily Telegraph.
Besides advocating regular body brushing, Kerr has developed an organic skincare range, Kora Organics, which she says "is a reflection of my passion for living a healthy, organic lifestyle".
After a stressful day, Kerr always prefers to wind down with meditation and some power yoga with her husband.
With an aim to share her spiritual secrets with fans, the New York-based cover girl will launch her debut self-help book, Treasure Yourself, in Australia this month.
"I felt as though it was important for my readers to realise I was not always the person they see on a runway or on the cover of a magazine. I wanted them to know that just like them, at times I struggled with insecurity, bullying, rejection and low self-esteem," she explained.
Treasure Yourself chronicles how she got there, from her days spent playing at her grandparents' Queensland farm as a child to her current jetsetting life as a catwalk star.
"To me, Treasure Yourself was almost like writing a diary. The book is a very personal account of the life lessons and experiences I have had growing up as a child, right up until the woman I am today," Kerr adds.
She also said that she takes along 'vision book' during her travels, to keep herself focused on her dreams and ambitions.
