What brings you to LFW?
I love fashion and I'm here to see the new trends.
Accessories are greatly dependent on clothing and I'd like to check how I can weave in my accessories with the latest fashion trends.
What are you wearing?
I am representing Pondicherry.
This is a hand-block printed sari created by a friend from Pondy.
I put the look together in a Western way because I never thought of the sari as something you'll wear daily. But these saris are really comfortable, nice and sexy.
I paired the look with a backpack-cum-shoulder bag from my brand.
I am wearing slippers which I put together myself.
I like classic things with a twist.
This sari is classic but very contemporary.
What's your fashion mantra?
All that you need is confidence and every look will make you look good.
Wear what you like and own it.
What's your take on the comfort versus style debate?
I think style can be very comfortable. I am very comfortable right now.
I don't believe in torturing yourself for the sake of fashion.
