Arpita Mehta's latest collection featured easy-breezy styles for the perfect beach holiday.
When designer Arpita Mehta was looking for inspiration for her new collection that would be showcased at the FDCI x Lakme Fashion Week 2021, she didn't have to search beyond what has become the new normal -- work from home.
'I've kept it easy-breezy. with our signature detailing making it perfect for a getaway to your favourite holiday destination or a brunch date,' said the designer about her collection, titled Reflections.
Arpita's models sashayed down the beach as they presented the resort line.

The designer played with four distinct prints, each representing a different kind of woman.
The floral prints, she says, is classic and meant for the versatile woman; the abstract prints are meant for women with bold and strong personalities.
The leaf print is designed for the whimsical boho woman and the butti for the understated woman.
There were flowy separates in bright prints and colours.
Tiered skirts with pleated detailing upped the style quotient.
Sharp blazers for those who want to mix business with pleasure on a work holiday.
Wrap dresses like these are just perfect for the beach.
Overall, she presented a fluid collection that was fun, flirty, bold and high on comfort.
