~ You could be a graduate/ post graduate with a specialisation in Agriculture.

~ You must have an experience of two years and above, in any of the following sectors.

• Agriculture sector
• Farm equipments not restricted to tractor
• Food processing industry
• Fertilisers industry 
• Agrochemicals
• Hi-tech Agriculture
• Ancillary sectors
• Commodities

~ You could also be an MBA with experience in the above sectors, preferably in a private sector bank.

~ You must be below 40 years of age.
