What: Daksh, IBM's BPO arm, is looking for Customer Care Specialists (voice and voice-banking) and Technical Support Executives (voice and ISP pilot processes).
The positions are based in Mumbai.
As a Customer Care Specialist (Voice) for a pilot process in Airline Reservations
Daksh says:
~ You must be a graduate interested in travel, the airlines or customer service.
~ Students who have completed their first year degree college and are pursuing further education through correspondence will also be considered.
~ You should have an IATA Certification/ Degree/ Diploma in travel or tourism.
~ Prior experience of at least six months in a travel agency or airline is preferred, though not compulsory.
~ You should have a strong desire to assist clients and resolve their queries.
As a Customer Care Specialist (Voice-Banking)/ Technical Support (Voice-ISP pilot process)
Daksh says:
~ You must be a graduate/ post-graduate with the ability to handle inbound customer calls and provide answers to queries.
~ Prior work experience in customer service/ banking/ technical support will be an added advantage.
~ Students who have completed their first year degree college and are pursuing further education through correspondence will also be considered.
