EDS says:
~ You could be a graduate.
~ You could have 10+2/ 10+3 years of formal education with two years of work experience.
~ You must have good written and verbal communication skills in English.
~ You must have working knowledge of desktop PC and peripheral devices.
~ You must have proven understanding/ knowledge of the following:
~ You must have customer service experience, preferably in an international technical inbound service.
~ You must be willing to work in night shifts.
~ You must be residing within 22 kms of EDC premises.
