This BPO needs team leaders

What: US Technology Resources is looking for Process Associates and Team Leaders.

These positions are based in Chennai.

Do you qualify?

US Technology Resources says:

For Process Associates

~ You must be a graduate in any discipline.

~ You must have between six months and two years of work experience in mortgage, insurance and finance BPOs.

~ You must have good typing speed.

~ You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

~ You must have high energy, with a positive attitude and an eye for detail.

~ You must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and system navigation.

~ You must be willing to work in shifts.

~ Prior experience in mortgage processes would be an added advantage.

~ Prior voice and accent training would be an advantage.

For Team Leaders

~ You must be a graduate in any discipline.

~ You must have between three to four years of experience in handling teams in a BPO.

~ You must be a subject matter expert and ensure team targets are met.

~ You must have the ability to implement quality programmes.

~ You must have undergone voice and accent training.
