What: Lufthansa will start its Kolkata-Frankfurt service from December 1, 2006.
The airline will fly three times a week between the two cities.

~ The Kolkata-Frankfurt one-way economy class fare is Rs 19,900, plus taxes
~ The Kolkata-Los Angeles/ New York one-way economy class fare is Rs 35,000, plus taxes.
~ You must book your tickets before November 15.
Flight schedule (All times are local)
Frankfurt-Kolkata
~ LH 750 will leave at 11.45 am on Wednesdays and Fridays and reach at 1.10 pm the following day.
~ On Mondays, LH 750 will leave at 1.50 pm and reach at 3.15 am the following day.
Kolkata-Frankfurt
~ LH 751 will leave at 3 am on Thursdays and Saturdays and reach at 8.50 am.
~ On Tuesdays, LH 751 will leave at 5.10 am and reach at 11 am.
Note: All flights would provide connections to other European and US destinations.
