Landmark says:
For Customer Care Executives
~ You must be young, confident and fluent in English.
~ You must have passed class X/ class XII.
~ You must have an above average knowledge of books and music.
~ You must have a working knowledge of computers.
For Merchandisers
~ You will be required to work across categories of books, music, toys, gifts, home products and stationery.
~ Candidates with one to four years of work experience in similar fields will be preferred.
