These positions are based in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Nasik, Koraput (Orissa), Lucknow, Kanpur, Korwa (UP) and Barrackpore (WB).

For Management Trainees (Technical)/ Design Trainees
~ You must be a graduate in Mechanical/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Production/ Computer Science/ Metallurgy/ Aeronautical branches of engineering from a recognised institution/ university.
~ You must have secured a minimum overall aggregate of 70 percent.
~ Aeronautical engineering graduates with a minimum overall aggregate of 60 percent are also eligible to apply.
For Management Trainees (Personnel)
~ You must hold a post-graduate degree/ diploma/ MBA/ MA/ MSW in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ HR from a recognised university/ institution.
~ You should have secured a minimum overall aggregate of 60 percent.

Emoluments (for all the posts)
~ The emolument during the one-year training period would approximately be Rs 13,600 per month.
~ CCA and HRA/ bachelor's accommodation would be admissible, depending upon the place of training.
~ On absorption, you will be eligible for various allowances/ benefits as per company rules.
