For Team Leaders
~ You must have minimum three to four years of experience in one of the following:
~ You should have handled a team of more than 50 executives.
For Tele-Marketing Executives
~ You must be a graduate.
~ You must be fluent in English.
~ You must know Hindi or Marathi.
~ You must have a minimum of two to three years of experience.
For Back Office Executives
~ You must have minimum of two to three years of experience in back office operations.
~ You must be computer-savvy.
~ You must know MS Office.
For Senior Executives
~ You must be enterprising.
~ You must be a graduate.
~ You could have completed your MBA.
~ You must have between two and three years of experience.
~ You must have excellent selling and interpersonal skills.
