What: Jamia Millia Islamia's AJK Mass Communication Research Centre invites students to apply for its courses.
~ MA in Mass Communication
~ Your first degree can be in any discipline under the 10+2+3 system, with a minimum score of 50 percent marks.
~ You must be under/ or 30 years of age as on August 1, 2005.
~ You can also apply if you are appearing in your final year of qualifying examination.
~ The duration of this course is two years.
~ PG Diploma in Development Communication
~ You must have 50 percent marks for your first degree.
~ The duration of this course is one year.
~ PG Diploma in Maintenance & Operation of Broadcast Equipment
~ You must hold a B Sc or a BE degree.
~ You could also hold a B Tech in Electronics, Communications or Electrical.
~ You could also hold a B Sc Honours with Physics and Electronics.
~ You must have scored a minimum of 50 percent marks.
~ The duration of this course is one year.
~ Advance Diploma in Journalism
~ You must have a Bachelors Degree with 50 percent marks.
~ The duration of this course is one year.
How to apply
~ Please obtain the prospectus from the office of the centre on a cash payment of Rs 300 on any working day.
Time: 10am to 1 pm
~ You could also obtain it by post along with a bank draft for Rs 380 drawn in favour of AJK Mass Communication Research Centre payable at Delhi.
~ Your application must be accompanied by a demand draft for Rs 700 as the entrance test fee in favour of AJK Mass Communication Research Centre, payable at Delhi.
