For Customer Care Officers
~ You could be a graduate/ diploma holder.
~ You could be a final year student, awaiting your results.
~ You must have a basic knowledge of computers.
~ You must possess the drive to excel.
~ You must be able to handle customers with care.
~ You must have an excellent command over the English language.
~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
For Technical Support Officers: Desktop Support (US)
~ You will provide the first level of troubleshooting and desktop support for Microsoft technologies.
~ You must be a graduate GNIIT or hold a three year diploma equivalent to graduation with proficiency in Microsoft opering systems (XP/ 2000).
~ You must have an excellent command over the English language.
~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
