Are you qualified?

~ You must be a graduate in any stream.
~ You must have one or two years of HR sourcing experience (recruitments).
~ You must have knowledge, preferably in the areas of ITES and sales, specifically in the US market.
~ You must be familiar with US placement dynamics.
~ You must have a strong command over the English language.
~ You must have strong communication skills.
~ You must have strong data interpretation and analytical skills.

~ You need to have a good understanding of job descriptions.
~ You need to have good skills in identifying potential resource pools/ areas on the Internet.
~ You need to coordinate with the US recruitment team.
