~ You could be a graduate/ undergraduate with an analytical bent of mind.
~ You must have a good command over the English language.
~ You must have good communication skills.
~ Prior work experience in mortgage/ credit administration/ accounting/ cash applications/ accounts reconciliation is desirable.
~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
For Technical Support Analysts/ Process Leads
~ You could be a graduate/ undergraduate.
~ You must have a good command over the English language.
~ You must have at least six months of hardware troubleshooting experience in a desktop/ portable technical support process.
~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
