~ You could be a graduate/ undergraduate with a technical bent of mind.
~ You will be responsible for taking calls from overseas clients to assist them in high end technical troubleshooting.
~ You must be between 18 and 40 years old.
~ You must have an excellent command over the English language.
~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
For Customer Support Associates
~ You could be a graduate/ undergraduate.
~ You will be responsible for answering all inbound queries and taking up challenging outbound sales campaigns.
~ You must be between 18 and 40 years old.
~ You must have an excellent command over the English language.
~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
