What: Indian Airlines and Jet Airways have introduced helpline numbers and SMS alerts for flights delayed due to fog.
For SMS and phone alerts, passengers are required to give their phone numbers (preferably mobile phone numbers) to the agent/ airline at the time of booking their ticket.
