~ Prospectus and application forms are available on cash payment only, at Bank of Baroda, Extension Counter basement of Administrative Building, Jipmer.
~ Prospectus and application forms can also be had from Professor (Academic), Jipmer, Puducherry 605 006 on or before December 15, 2007 by postal request, accompanied by a Demand draft for Rs 750 (Unreserved) and Rs 600 (SC, ST) issued by any Nationalised Bank, drawn in favour of "Accounts Officer JIPMER", payable at Puducherry.
