What: The Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics, Kolkata invites applications for admission to its Post M Sc/ Junior Research Fellowship programme in Biophysical Sciences.
Are you eligible?
~ You must hold a Master's degree in one of the following:
~ You must have had any two of the following subjects at the bachelor's degree level.
~ You must have a minimum overall aggregate of 55 per cent at all levels.
Selection method
~ You will be shortlisted on the basis of your performance in the written test.
~ Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.

Important dates
~ Forms will be available at the institute up to April 15.

Details
~ The tenure of the fellowship is two years, including the first year at Post MSc.
~ Selected students have to successfully complete a one-year Post MSc Associateship course, prior to pursuing doctoral research at the institute.
~ The fellowship is Rs 8,000 per month for the first two years and Rs 9,500 per month thereafter with a fixed book grant of Rs 3,000 after one year.
~ Limited hostel accommodation will be available.
~ Medical benefits and House Rent Allowance as per rules will also be admissible.
