~ You must be a graduate/ undergraduate.
~You must have more than 18 months of experience in an international call centre.
~ You must have excellent command over the English language.
~ You must have basic knowledge of computers.
~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
For Customer Service Associates
~ You must be a graduate/ undergraduate.
~You must have more than six months of experience in an international call centre.
~ You must have an excellent command over the English language.
~ You must have basic knowledge of computers.
~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
For Trainee Customer Service Associates
~ You must be a graduate/ undergraduate.
~You must have up to six months of experience in an international call centre.
~ You must have an excellent command over the English language.
~ You must have basic knowledge of computers.
~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
