For Customer Care Officers

~ You could be a graduate. 

~ You could be a final year student, awaiting your results.

~ You could be a diploma holder.

~ You must have a basic knowledge of computers.

~ You must possess the drive to excel.

~ You must be able to handle customers with care.

~ You must have an excellent command over the English language.

~ You must be willing to work in shifts.

For Technical Support Officers

~ You will provide the first level of technical support to customers.

~ You could be a graduate.

~ You could be a diploma holder.

~ You could be a final year student awaiting your results.

~ You must have a basic knowledge of computers and the Internet.

~ You must have an excellent command over the English language.

~ You must be willing to work in shifts.

~ Walk in for an interview with the following:  

• Your resume
• Two passport size photographs
• A copy of your graduation certificate/ provisional graduation certificate/ final year mark sheet

 ~ Final year students should carry a copy of their second year mark sheet.
