~ You must have relevant work experience of between six to 18 months in an international call centre.
~ You must have a good track record.
For Customer Care Executives
~ You could be a graduate.
~ You could be an undergraduate.
~ You could be a postgraduate.
~ You could be a fresher.
~ You could be giving your final year exam.
~ You could have up to three years of experience.
~ You should have excellent command over English and be open to working in shifts.
For Technical Support Executives
~ You could have one of the following qualifications

Remuneration
SMART Source says:
~ Senior Executives can earn up to Rs 17,000.
~ Customer Care Executives can earn between Rs 8,000 to Rs 14,000 per month.
~ Technical Support Executives can earn between Rs 9,000 to Rs 19,000 per month.
