As a Debt Collections Executive
Net Vision says:
-You must be a graduate with one year of experience, with at least six months experience in US-based Debt Collections campaign.
-You will contacting members with defaulter accounts and maintaining defaulter records.
-You must be fluent in English skills.
-You must have good listening and analytical skills.
-You must be assertive.
-You must be willing to work in shifts.
-You must have pleasing telephone etiquette.
As a Manager-Operation
Net Vision says:
-You must be a graduate with six to eight years of experience, with two years of experience in US-based Debt Collections campaign.
-You will review new customers for credit approval.
-You will contact members with defaulter accounts, initiate appropriate action and maintain records.
-You must have led 80 to 100 Executive Debt collections.
-You must have aggressive telemarketing skills.
-You must be able to lead, motivate people.
-You must be effective at floor management.
-You will be responsible for security of member files, and generate reports for management.
As a Supervisor-Operation
Net Vision says:
-You must be a graduate with two to three years of experience, with at least one year in a US-based Debt Collection campaign.
-You will contact members with defaulter accounts, initiate appropriate action and maintain records.
-You must have excellent communication skills.
-You will have handled a team size of 20 agents.
-You will initiate collection action by contacting each account according to due date, and prepare correspondence on defaulter accounts requiring special handlings.
-You must be able to generate all MIS reports.
