What: Lekh, an international paper-writing competition conducted by the Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) Jamshedpur.

Students are encouraged send in entries based on originality of thought, empirical work done and practical orientation.
Authors of the top five entries will be invited to XLRI to make a presentation before a panel of judges.
