Do you have any tips for the Bollywood superstar on keeping healthy during her pregnancy and regaining her figure after the birth?

Apply olive oil each night to prevent stretch marks.

Sip camomile or ginger root tea to battle morning sickness.

Sleep on your side at night and not flat on your back, as this reduces oxygen supply to your baby by slowing your blood circulation and also increases the chances of cramps.

These are just a few sensible tips that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan may want to consider now that she's expecting.
