We asked you, dear readers, to tell us how you are preparing yourself for the dark economic days ahead.
Management professional Shajan Samuel shares his story:
COVID-19 has helped us reorient ourselves; I have become more frugal in spending.
I have stopped shopping and splurging on clothes.
Instead, I have allocated money towards EMI and am cutting down on wasteful expenses.
I am focusing on the essentials and taking care of my health.
I am taking care not to worry too much about the future and living in the moment. I feel 7 hours of sleep is essential for good health.
