What: The NMIMS School of Law's Institute of Intellectual Property Studies, Mumbai, introduces a one-year postgraduate diploma course and a four-month weekend certificate course in intellectual property laws.

Details:

~ The one-year weekend postgraduate diploma course will provide thorough information on various aspects of patent laws to scientists, technologists, and lawyers.

~ Apart from the theoretical knowledge, the students will also get practical training in searching, drafting, opposition and licensing of patents.

~ On the other hand, the four-month certificate course on intellectual property will provide the graduates, undergraduates, practicing professionals, lawyers and scientists with perspective of the fundamentals and practice of the various intellectual properties (IP) protected in India through patents, trademarks, copyrights, designs and geographical indications, the press release added.
