Yoga trainer Natasha Noel's flexibility and amazing balance is going to make your jaws drop!

Whoever said that there's a time and place to do yoga, think again.

There are people who refuse to do yoga out of their comfort zone, and then there's Natasha Noel, a yoga lover who has over 56,000 followers on Instagram.

This young woman from Mumbai is driving the Internet crazy with her stunning pics and videos performing yoga asanas.

The best part -- she can break into a sirsasana (headstand) at a restaurant, airplane or even a staircase!

Take a look at some of her pics and tell us what you think of them!

Wonder what keeps her motivated? Her blog has the answer!
'I love what I do! I want to inspire! And I want to make a change not in any small way BUT have a huge bloody impact on people to give them the BELIEF that NO MATTER WHAT, the world has a limit but the galaxy's limitless.
SO BELIEVE and WORK YOUR BUTT OFF, because if you put your HEART and head to it, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!' she wrote on her blog.

IMAGE: Natasha's favourite place to practice -- her window slit.
She has courageously tackled body image issues, fought depression before finding comfort and peace in yoga.
She wrote on Instagram: 'Body type: Myself.'
'Fat, skinny, thick, muscular, curvy; you might have automatically put yourself in one of the body type categories.'
'Personally, I have been labeled all of the above and still hated myself.'Overcoming my body image has been a bit of a journey, but it's not something that I regularly struggle with daily as it was in the past.'
'It takes a lot of work and a lot of supporting yourself...'

IMAGE: She hasn't spared staircases...
'Karmanye Vadhikaraste, Ma phaleshou kada chana, Ma Karma Phala Hetur Bhurmatey Sangostva Akarmani.'
As Lord Krishna told Arjuna: You have the right to perform your actions but do not let the fruit be the purpose of your actions, and therefore you won't be attached to not doing your duty.'

IMAGE: And she didn't falter doing an arm balance at the Bandra Fort, northwest Mumbai.

IMAGE: Old doors weren't spared either!

IMAGE: Know anyone who can pull off something like this on a road?

IMAGE: Her photos will force you to shed your laziness and rethink your fitness plans.
She calls herself 'a dancer by heart, a photographer by hobby, a writer by habit' and reveals that she practices yoga because it gives her soul happiness.

IMAGE: 'Skirt or not, I'll still invert,' she captioned this pic.

IMAGE: Her pics are a huge source of inspiration to many.
'You must get this often, but I spent a day just reading all your captions to get over the sinking thoughts that have been bumming me out lately. I may not be into fitness, but @natashanoel001, your words are morale boosters too. Keep writing. You are amazing!' one of her followers wrote on Instagram.

IMAGE: At the end of every post, Natasha advises her 'supporters' (that's what she likes to call her followers on Instagram) to 'Practice Daily. Stay Safe. Stay Humble.'

IMAGE: She has posed while eating too and has also got random strangers to pose for her!
'Reactions of 'normal' people as they find me a tad bit odd.'
'Love this absolutely random man for being a complete sport and making this picture even more memorable,' she captioned this pic.
