IMAGE: Nidhi was 18 when she discovered her passion for fitness. Today, she mixes functional training, weight training, yoga, pilates and dance styles to create interesting routines.

IMAGE: Nidhi often writes about the need to stay invested and believe in one's body. She posted this picture to show the importance of patience and practice.

IMAGE: She is a certified Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga trainer and believes yoga brings flexibility and soothes your senses.

IMAGE: She challenges herself by taking up new forms of aerobics and yoga to test her limits and add rigour to her workout.

IMAGE: She recently made a strong case for veganism by posting this picture of a plant-based diet.
'One of the biggest reasons for me to turn #vegan was to save the planet. But, I have been a little upset with the vegan community lately,' Nidhi wrote on Instagram.
'I have been in the business of changing mindsets for 9 years, changing peoples behaviour and thinking towards food and health. One thing I learnt very early on in my career was. You can’t do any lasting good by discouraging someone.'
'I am not a Vegan Nutritionist, I do give my patients what they want, not because I am not a true Vegan but because I respect the choice on an individual.'
'If I can inspire (not instruct ) a person to change one meal into (a) plant-based (one), change one handbag to non-leather..I am still making a change.'

IMAGE: If none of the above inspires you, this picture definitely will. Now how many of us can do that without breaking a bone?
