Milind Soman has been a major inspiration for a lot of us to stay fit and healthy during the lockdown.
From climbing up and down the stairs to jogging around in a mask while getting groceries, the actor-model is turning every moment into an opportunity to sweat it out and stay in shape.
Recently, the 54 year old shared a small video of him attempting super slow pull ups along with an inspiring message encouraging people to prioritise their health.
'It’s not difficult to get fit!' the supermodel emphasised while sharing four simple steps to achieve your goal.
'1. Decide how fit you want to get or for what.
'2. Make sure you are happy with your reason for choosing that goal.
'3. Find out what you need to do to get there. Google can help with most beginner programs.
'4. Take your first small step.
'And then the next small step. And then the next. Till you get to where you want.'
'Notice the emphasis on small. Keep each step as easy as possible. Even 5 minutes a day is great to start with,' Milind wrote in his message.
