How yoga helped me get rid of pain in the joints

Yoga transformed me for the better.

Since I started doing yoga daily, I feel better physically and emotionally.

It's the simple solution to chronic ailments.

Earlier I suffered from pain in the joints and was unable to move easily.

All of this got better with yoga.

Pranayama along with yoga asana and deep breathing has helped me in many ways.

My craving for eating junk food has disappeared.

If not for yoga, all age-related ailments would have made a deep impact on me -- money, time and emotion included. 

It's a blessing for a senior citizen like me.
