Here's what it takes to be as fit as Virat Kohli. 

Every time one sees Virat Kohli on field, you can't help but marvel at how fit he is. 

A lot has gone into achieving that sculpted body. And the credit goes to his intense workouts and strict diet. 

It's true that when it comes to fitness, Virat keeps raising the bars. 

Fans feel that he is the fittest cricketer and he has been undoubtedly inspiring youngsters with his fit form. 

On the show Breakfast with Champions, he revealed that he had not eaten naan and butter chicken for over four years.

Want to know what his morning cardio sessions are like?
'15 minutes on the bike at level 3 maintaining an RPM of 120 throughout, then straight onto the treadmill for 10 strides of 20 seconds each and step on the sides for 10 seconds rest in between.
'10 of these back to back at a speed of 19 km/hour and level 1 on incline.
'All of this using the altitude training mask which makes it twice as hard. Train hard train smart,' he wrote on Instagram. 
 

'Train hard or don't train at all. Hard work has no shortcuts.'

'Rest day is a cheat day, never stop working hard.'

After a good workout, Virat relaxes by chilling by the pool.
